Direct Debit Dishonour Fee - $25
Provided we have not contacted you to make alternate payment arrangements.
1st Dishonour: $25
2nd Dishonour: $40
3rd Dishonour: $60
Missed Payment Fee - $25
If you miss or fail to make a payment in accordance with the repayment schedule, this fee may be debited to your account and form part of the balance.
Default Notice - $150
If your loan is in arrears and we find it necessary to issue a Default Notice, this fee may be debited to your account and will form part of the balance.
Default Account Keeping Fee - $35
If you default at any time under the loan, or fail to pay or dishonour a scheduled repayment amount when due under your loan contract, this fee may be debited to your account on the first day of each month. After that debit is made, this fee forms part of the balance on which interest is (if any) charged.
Other Payment Dishonour Fee - $25
When we are notified of a dishonour by our bankers for a payment you made other than by direct debit, this fee will be debited to your account and will form part of the balance.
Enforcement Expenses - At Cost
When we need to take action to enforce the contract.
